Number of days
A single muhurtham day, or a full run of reception, mehendi, haldi and wedding. This is the single biggest factor.
Four hours or fourteen — we do not charge you by the clock. Here is what actually changes the price.
Most studios quote you a number of hours and then bill for the overrun. We do not. Be it a four-hour event or a fourteen-hour event, we do not charge you based on a time frame. A muhurtham that starts at 4:30 in the morning and a reception that runs past midnight are the same day to us, and the same price.
We publish how the pricing works rather than a price list, because a Coimbatore wedding and a three-day destination wedding are not the same job and a single number on a web page would be a fiction for one of them. What follows is exactly what moves the figure — so you can see where your money goes before you call.
A single muhurtham day, or a full run of reception, mehendi, haldi and wedding. This is the single biggest factor.
Films are shot by a dedicated crew running alongside the photography team, not by the same people switching devices. Booking both is cheaper than booking two vendors.
A lead and a second shooter is our baseline for a wedding. Large receptions need a full lighting crew; intimate ceremonies do not.
An extra operator and, at some venues, an extra permission. Priced only if you want it.
Page count, paper and binding. Hand-sequenced in-studio, so this is a real line item rather than a markup on a supplier.
Zero within Coimbatore. Quoted at cost for Tirupur, Erode, Madurai, Bangalore or a destination wedding — never marked up.
What is never an extra: the on-site edits before we leave the hall, the traditional family frames, or the founders being the people who actually turn up. Those are the job, not an upgrade.

It depends on days, crew and whether you want film as well as photography — the six factors above. Rather than quote a misleading headline number, we give you a written quote against your actual dates, usually the same day you ask.
We scale the crew to the event rather than cutting corners on the coverage. A single-day ceremony with one shooter and no film is a genuinely different price from a three-day booking — tell us your budget and we will tell you straight whether we can work within it. We would rather lose the enquiry than take a booking we cannot do properly at the price.
No. That is the whole point of not billing by the hour. Indian weddings run over; pricing that punishes you for it is pricing designed to catch you out.
Hand-sequenced spreads designed in our studio, archival printing and hard-bound finishing. Page count and paper are yours to choose — both change the price, and we will show you samples before you decide.
A booking advance holds the date; the balance is staged through to delivery. The schedule goes in writing before anything is paid.

Tell us the date and the city. We will come back with availability, a coverage plan and honest pricing — usually the same day.
